Online:

1. Add the items you want to your shopping bag on hm.com and continue to checkout.
2. Fill in your delivery details and continue to the payment step.
3. Choose Tarjeta de Regalo as your payment method.
4. Enter the gift card number and PIN, then apply it to your order.
5. If the card does not cover the whole order, pay the difference with another payment method, such as a card or PayPal.
6. Confirm your order.

In store:

1. Bring the gift card number and PIN with you to any H&M or H&M Home store in Mexico.
2. Present the gift card to the cashier when paying.
3. The amount is deducted from your total, and you pay any difference with another payment method.
4. Your store receipt shows the balance left on the card after each transaction.

You can pay for a full order or make a partial payment, so any amount you do not spend stays on the card for later purchases. The card can be used in the country of purchase, which for this card is Mexico.
